Olli is the original mind behind STEMSKI. A lifelong skier with a knack for bringing people together, he founded the trip in 2023 with one simple goal: to create an unforgettable blend of mountains, community, and STEM. Olli leads every STEMSKI adventure with energy and intent—making sure it’s more than just a trip. Currently finishing a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nottingham. He brings that same mix of precision and creativity into everything he does, fuelling STEMSKI’s growth into a must-do annual escape for STEM professionals.
Izaak Frost
Director of Community Engagement
Izaak joined Olli on the STEMSKI journey in 2025, managing community engagement, the website, and outreach to help spread the word. As the main point of contact for all STEMSKI reps, he keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. A committed snowboarder, Izaak brings his own energy to the slopes—just as much as he does to organising. Off the mountain, he’s a Solutions Architect at Leonardo Helicopters, where he applies his engineering skills to cutting-edge aerospace projects. Whether carving powder or coordinating logistics, Izaak brings passion and precision to everything he does.
